I Don't Collect Your Data

Coax does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data.

Your content stays on your media server and your local device. I don't track you.

What Data I Don't Collect

Coax does not collect:

Personal information (name, email, phone)
Viewing history or watch data
Content library information
Device identifiers or IP addresses
Analytics or tracking data
Crash reports or diagnostic data
Location data

How Server Authentication Works

To connect to your media server, Coax uses your server's own authentication system. This means:

Your login is handled directly by your media server, not Coax
Coax never sees or stores your server credentials
Authentication tokens are stored locally on your device
Refer to your media server's privacy policy for their data practices

iCloud Sync (Future Feature)

I may add optional schedule sync across your Apple devices:

Schedule data would be stored in your personal iCloud account
This data is encrypted and only accessible to you
Apple's iCloud privacy policy applies to this data
This feature would be entirely optional

Your Rights

Since I don't collect your data, there's nothing for me to:

Access (I have no data to access)
Correct (I have no data to correct)
Delete (I have no data to delete)
Share (I have no data to share)

Your content remains entirely under your control on your media server.

Third-Party Services

Coax connects to:

Your media server (local connection)
Apple's iCloud (optionally, for future sync features)

I do not use analytics services, advertising networks, or other third-party tracking.

Changes to This Policy

If I ever change my data practices (which I don't plan to), I'll update this policy and the effective date. Significant changes will be communicated through the App Store.
